• Creators: Name, age, email, phone number, social media handles, location, content portfolio, follower counts, and professional background submitted through our creator application form.
• Website visitors: Basic analytics data including page views, time on site, and general location (country/city level). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To review brand briefs and match them with suitable creators
• To evaluate creator applications and maintain our talent roster
• To communicate with you about campaigns, availability, and project details
• To send you information about open campaigns if you have applied to our roster
• To improve our services and website

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes on other platforms.

3. How We Store Your Information

Form submissions are received via email notification to our team and may be stored in our internal project management tools (currently Airtable). We retain creator application data for up to 24 months for active roster management. Brand brief data is retained for the duration of any active or past campaign relationship.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Sharing Your Information

We only share your information in the following circumstances:

• Between brands and creators: When a campaign is confirmed, we share relevant creator profiles with the booking brand and relevant campaign details with the creator. This is the core function of our service.
• Service providers: We use third-party tools to operate our business (email, project management, form processing). These providers only access data necessary to provide their service.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or in response to valid legal process.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to any ongoing campaign or legal obligations)
